To complete your registration:

1. Fill in the Enrollment Form, after which you will be sent payment info from SVA;

2. Make payment to SVA per instructions;

3. Print "Children Waiver Agreement" (or "Adult Waiver Agreement") and "School Policy" documents, which must be signed and electronically submitted to SVA at sophievocal@yahoo.com or submitted physically in person before the beginning of the first class.

Note: Enrollment form and payment must be submitted by August 13, 2023. Any submissions later than August 13,2023 will be charged with an additional $50 late fee.
